Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g meat sausage
- 1 large zucchini
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 can Pizza tomatoes, approx. 400 g
- 1 tbsp herb cream cheese
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Low-carb
Cut the sausage and zucchini into half slices. Dice the onion. Fry the sausage in a hot pan and remove. Brown the zucchini and onions. Return the sausage. Add the pizza tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil briefly, then stir in the cream cheese. Season again with salt and pepper. If you’re not following a low-carb diet, you can serve it with bread or pasta. This will then be enough for two people.
