Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 package of pizza dough, or homemade yeast dough
  • 4 medium-sized onions, diced
  • 4 garlic cloves, pressed or finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 500 g minced meat (pork, beef or lamb)
  • 250 cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Fry the minced meat in a pan in oil until crumbly, add the onions and garlic, and season with salt and pepper. Roll out the dough. Spread the mixture over the dough, roll it up, and cut into approximately 2 cm thick slices. Place the snails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 220°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 25 minutes. Can be eaten hot or cold.
