Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated section
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • 2 slices of salami
  • 100 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

e.g. for the Tupper Happy Snack

For the filling, finely chop the onion and cut the salami into small cubes. Mix both thoroughly with the crème fraîche and cheese. Lightly flour the Happy Snack, place one half of the puff pastry on top and press down gently, then brush on a little water. Then fill the indentations with the filling (careful: less is more, otherwise the pieces will burst during baking and the filling will spread all over the baking sheet!). Place the other half of the puff pastry on top and roll it firmly with a rolling pin. One Happy Snack (40 pieces) fits exactly on a standard baking sheet. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius on the middle rack until light golden brown, then remove from the tray immediately. You can also prepare the snacks with other fillings; your imagination is the limit. The whole thing works perfectly without the Tupperware Happy Snack: simply roll out the puff pastry, spread with the filling, roll it up, cut into slices, and flatten them slightly on the baking sheet, then bake and enjoy!
