Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean all herbs and vegetables, coarsely chop, and further chop in a blender. If you want an even finer consistency, puree with a hand blender. The ingredients can be expanded as desired; individual components can be omitted or substituted. Add 10 g of salt to every 100 g of the finished mixture, mix, pour into screw-top jars, and store in a cool place. The salt will keep for at least 1 year. It can be used as a seasoning like store-bought granulated stock.
