Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g wild garlic seeds
- 3 dl sunflower oil
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Remove the collected seeds from the stems, wash thoroughly, and let them dry. Fill small jars with the wild garlic seeds and add a little salt. Boil the oil and pour directly into the jars. Then heat the jars uncovered in the microwave for another 30 seconds; the oil should bubble gently again. Then seal the jars while still hot. I put the cooled jars in the freezer; this way, they keep for a very long time.
