Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 50 g semolina (soft wheat semolina)
  • 20 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

from the microwave

Pour the milk into a microwave-safe container and bring to a boil in the microwave on full power for about 4 minutes. Then add the semolina and sugar and stir everything together for about a minute. Let the semolina porridge sit for about 5 minutes. Stir the semolina porridge again and serve. If the semolina porridge is still too runny after sitting, simply return it to the microwave for another 1-2 minutes and stir. Enjoy with fruit, cinnamon, or jam.
