Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g gelling sugar (2 : 1)
- ¾ liter pear juice
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 lemon(s), the juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Mix well, bring to a boil, and continue to cook for about 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Pour into prepared jars and seal immediately. Keep refrigerated for about 2 weeks.
