Apple – Vanilla – Jelly

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 ml apple juice, fresh
  • 3 vanilla pods, halved lengthwise
  • 250 g gelling sugar, 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Boil the apple juice with the sugar and vanilla pods for 5 minutes, strain through a cheesecloth to clear the jelly. Bring back to a boil briefly and pour into prepared jars.
