Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 75 g crème fraîche
  • 100 g ham, diced, fried
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp basil, cut into strips
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients and season with pepper and basil strips.
