Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 rolls (baked rolls)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 bunch of chives, cut into rolls
  • 150 g ham, cooked
  • 150 g Emmental, Gouda or Mozzarella, grated
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Halve the rolls and hollow them out. Combine the hollowed-out mixture, the sour cream, the finely chopped ham, the chives, and salt and pepper in a bowl and mix together. Spoon the filling into the rolls. This is about 1 large tablespoon of the sour cream mixture per half. Spread the grated cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 10-15 minutes. These rolls taste delicious and are easy to prepare. They’re perfect as a small dinner or as a snack for a party.
