Pizza rolls

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 300 g cooked ham, diced (alternatively salami)
  • 400 g cheese (Gouda or Emmental), grated
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream or crème fraîche
  • 1 bunch of chives or parsley
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • Paprika powder
  • curry powder
  • possibly spice mix for pizza
  • some tomato ketchup
  • 12 rolls for baking

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the rolls open and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well until the mixture is smooth. If the mixture is too soft, add a little more flour. Divide the mixture between the roll halves and place the tray in the oven. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C (fan oven) for about 10 minutes.
