Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 100 g buckwheat, ground
  • 150 g cereals, various varieties, NT rice, amaranth, corn + millet ground
  • 6 grains of pepper, grind with the grain
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp salt (seasoning salt)
  • 250 g cream cheese or other
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 apple, grated with peel
  • 1 can/n corn kernels, drained weight 285 g
  • 200 g cheese, up to 300 g (Gouda), coarsely grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Stir/mix everything together and pour into a greased 24 cm frying pan, then top with grated Gouda cheese and, if desired, a little paprika granules or powder for decoration. Place a hollow lid, preferably made of glass, on top. Bake at approximately level 1 of three possible levels for approximately 60-80 minutes; you can also go to level 1.5, then approximately 40 minutes. It should be a little brown on the bottom. Taste it; every oven heats differently.
