2-ingredient Chocolate Cake

- 3 piece Eggs
- 165 g Chocolate bars
- Separate egg whites and yolks in two bowls (large and small): put egg whites in the large bowl and place in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
- Put the chocolate in a large bowl and melt over a double boiler. Stir until creamy.
- Beat the egg whites with the mixer until stiff.
- When the chocolate has cooled down, stir in the three egg yolks first, then use a whisk to stir in a third of the egg whites. Fold in the rest of the egg whites in two steps with a spatula.
- Line the baking pan with baking paper and pour in the mixture. Shake the mold gently so that no air bubbles form. Bake at 170 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
- Let cool in the tin and then let cool down on a wire rack without a mold.
- Decorate with powdered sugar. Finished!
