Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder, or chocolate sprinkles or 1/2 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Take the largest mug you have. Put the flour, sugar, and cocoa powder into the mug and mix together. Add the oil and egg and mix until lump-free. Place the mug in the microwave at 800-1000 watts for about 3-4 minutes. Check occasionally for overflow. If it overflows, open the door briefly, close it again, and continue cooking. Carefully remove the cake from the mug and serve hot. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of custard.
