Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of hazelnuts, ground
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp, heaped baking powder
  • 80 g sugar
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Microwave nut cake (no flour)

Whisk all ingredients together thoroughly. Grease a small Bundt cake silicone pan with a little oil. Pour in the mixture and bake at 600 watts for 5 minutes. Once the cake is done, let it cool in the pan for about 3 minutes to allow it to easily remove.
