Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large red, pitted bell pepper(s)
  • 2 m.-large tomato(s), fresh, peeled and pitted
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 handful of basil, picked leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Roughly chop the peppers, tomatoes, garlic, and basil and blend them in a blender with the olive oil until smooth. Season the paste with salt. It’s perfect as a spread on baguette.
