Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 apples
- 6 small onions
- 6 potatoes, boiled
- 6 eggs, hard-boiled
- 6 gherkins
- 1 jar salmon substitute (the red schnitzels)
- 1 cup of natural yogurt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 15 minutes
Vegetable and salmon substitute with natural yogurt
Cut all ingredients into small pieces and mix in a bowl. Finally, add the natural yogurt and the salmon substitute, including the oil. If that’s not creamy enough for you, you can add a little more yogurt. Absolutely no seasoning is necessary; the flavor itself, and especially the salmon, adds a nice touch of flavor.
