Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cup potatoes, cooked, diced
- 1 cup egg(s), boiled, diced
- 1 cup cucumber(s), diced
- 1 cup lean ham, diced
- 1 cup onion(s), diced
- 1 cup apple, pitted and diced
- 1 cup yogurt, Greek
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper
- n. B. herbs, fresh, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

The measure is a coffee cup. Cook all ingredients according to the instructions and dice them, or just dice them and place them in a bowl. Press the garlic into the Greek yogurt and season with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix everything well. Let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours. Sprinkle the salad with chopped fresh herbs.
