Tomato salad with avocado and mozzarella

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ avocado(s), diced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 mozzarella (125 g), diced
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 2 tbsp oil, good
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 2 stalks of basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drizzle the avocado cubes with lemon juice. Slice the tomatoes. Place the tomatoes, avocado, and mozzarella in a bowl. Mix with vinegar and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the basil and finely slice it, then sprinkle it over the salad.
