Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg flour
- 1 liter of milk, lukewarm
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 pack of mashed potatoes
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 cup oil
- Cheese, grated
- n. B. herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
like from the bakery, perfect for grilling
Mix all the ingredients together. Let the dough rise for 25 minutes. Form small rolls and sprinkle them with cheese. If desired, you can sprinkle a little oregano or other herbs on top. Bake the rolls at 200°C until golden brown.
