Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 packs of puff pastry from the refrigerated section (roll)
- 500 g minced beef or mixed
- 5 onions, cut into large wedges
- 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow, diced
- 1 bell pepper(s), green, diced
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet and hot
- Oil for frying
- possibly cheese (Gouda), grated
- Water for brushing
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with spicy minced meat filling, makes about 20 pieces
Brown the minced meat in oil. Add the onions and diced bell peppers and cook. Season generously with the spices. Cut 10 squares of puff pastry into each square. Spread some of the minced meat filling on each square and fold each corner toward the center. Press the dough down slightly. Brush with a little water and bake at 180°C for about 10-20 minutes. Serve with a mixed salad. Tip: If you like, you can also add grated Gouda cheese to the filling.
