Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 egg whites
  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 30 g sultanas
  • 50 g almonds, ground
  • 50 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 20 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 4 tsp honey
  • 1 handful of dark chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Balanced fitness bars without sugar and without flour!

Beat the egg whites until stiff. In another bowl, combine the yogurt with all the other ingredients and fold in the egg whites. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 20-30 minutes. After baking, let cool and cut into bars.
