Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta, e.g. tagliatelle
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- ½ pack of sheep’s cheese
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the pasta as usual, or as described. Meanwhile, slice the leek. Quickly fry them in olive oil in a large pan, then season and sauté slightly. The slices can break into rings. When the leek is soft enough, add the diced feta cheese and stir in; it will break down or dissolve slightly. Drain the cooked pasta and toss it in the pan with the leek and cheese mixture. Serve immediately.
