Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 rolls (baked rolls or 1 baked baguette)
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- pepper
- 50 g smoked salmon
- 4 tbsp cheese, grated (e.g. Emmental)
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 bunch of spring onions
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Halve the rolls and spread with cream cheese. Chop the smoked salmon, deseed and dice the bell pepper, and finely slice the spring onions. Mix everything with the grated cheese and season with pepper. Spread the mixture on the roll halves. Bake for approximately 14 minutes in a fan-assisted oven preheated to 180°C.
