Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup cream cheese with herbs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 150g salami
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 2 baguettes (alternatively: bread rolls for baking)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the ham and salami into strips, and the Gouda into small cubes. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Slice the baguette or halve the baguette rolls. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, ham, salami, Gouda, onion, and garlic thoroughly and spread on the bread slices. Bake at approximately 200°C for approximately 15 minutes until golden brown. Ideal for parties when combined with various salads.
