simple and delicious

First mix the dry ingredients. Then crumble the butter into the mixture. Add oil and slowly add the water. If the dough is still too dry, carefully add more water. Roll out the dough to about 3 mm thick and cut out round pieces. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at about 205 °C (top and bottom heat) for 10 – 15 minutes. The crackers should not brown, as this will make them taste burnt. You can of course use sesame seeds instead of pumpkin seeds. The crackers taste delicious even without nuts. If you like, you can brush the crackers with melted butter after baking.
