Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 5 sage leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 pinch of herbal salt
  • 1 pinch of herb pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 6 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

for soups or salads

Remove the crust from the bread and dice it. Heat the oil and butter in a pan, toast the bread cubes for about 4 minutes. Press the garlic through a press. Wash the sage, pat dry, and finely slice it. Add both to the bread cubes and toast for 2 minutes. Season to taste with herb salt and pepper. Serves 6 …
