Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 slices of whole-grain toast
  • 20 g herb butter
  • 1 pinch of herbal salt
  • 1 pinch(s) lemon pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut out small stars from the sandwich slices using a cookie cutter. Heat the herb butter in a pan, add the stars, and fry until golden brown. Season with lemon pepper and herb salt. Perfect on salads or as a soup garnish.
