Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g chard
- 250 g mushrooms
- 3 orange(s), 1 of which untreated
- 1 cup mascarpone or crème fraîche
- 100 ml white wine
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 150 g Parmesan, grated
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 2 cloves garlic
- chili powder

- salt and pepper
- e.g. butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
a very tasty side dish to noodles, rice, fish or chicken
Wash and slice the chard and mushrooms. Fillet 2 oranges. Crush the garlic. Zest and juice one orange. Melt the butter in a pan and briefly fry the garlic. Add the chard, mushrooms, and orange segments. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes. Now add the white wine and sauté for another 5 minutes, stirring. Stir in the vegetable stock, orange juice, orange zest, and mascarpone. Season to taste with chili, curry, salt, and pepper, and thicken the sauce (if too runny). Preheat the oven to about 180°C (fan oven, use the grill function if available). Place the chard mixture in a shallow baking dish, sprinkle with Parmesan and sesame seeds, and grill in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
