Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 400 ml milk
  • 5 eggs
  • ½ tsp salt
  • some pizza seasoning or oregano
  • n. B. Gouda in one piece
  • 1 package of salami
  • 1 large bell pepper(s)
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • some oil (e.g. olive oil) for the pan

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Basic recipe with salami, cheese, peppers, and tomatoes. Quick pizza from the pan.

For the pancake batter, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, and salt. Add pizza seasoning or “just” oregano, depending on your taste, and whisk again. Next, finely chop the remaining ingredients. Dice the bell peppers and salami, quarter or eighth the tomatoes (depending on their size), and cut a few slices of cheese from the cheese block. Add all ingredients except the cheese to the batter and stir in. Heat a pan with a little oil and add enough batter for one pancake (make sure the ingredients are evenly distributed and not all in one pile). Place a few slices of cheese on the pancake. Once the pancake has firmed up a bit and is browned to your liking, simply flip it over and cook the other side with the cheese, browning to your liking. The basic batter recipe is enough for about 5 pancakes. The ingredients for the filling or topping can, of course, be customized.
