Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 2 packs of vanilla sugar (bourbon)
- 160 g sugar
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 100 g chocolate, roughly chopped, vegan
- 100 g margarine, vegan
- 300 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- some paper cups
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Combine flour with baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Melt margarine and add to the flour mixture along with the soy milk, stirring roughly. Stir in chopped chocolate and quickly pour into prepared muffin cups, making sure not to fill them completely. Bake for about 25 minutes.
