Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 ½ kg apples, sour
- 400 g sugar
- 200 g almonds, whole
- 200 g hazelnuts, whole
- 200 g raisins
- 600 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- some cinnamon
- 1 pack of gingerbread spice
- some nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 25 minutes
Peel and core the apples, then cut them into small pieces. Mix them with the sugar and let them stand overnight. The next day, add the other ingredients, mix well, and divide the mixture between two loaf pans. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 50-60 minutes.
