Tuna sauce for pasta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 can of tuna, natural
  • some wine, white, dry, to taste
  • dill
  • Cheese, to taste
  • 1 can tomato(s), chopped or
  • 200 ml cream
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and dice the onion, then sauté in olive oil in a large pan. Finely chop the garlic and add it to the pan with the onion. Drain the tuna, cut it into bite-sized pieces, and add it to the pan. Now add either chopped tomatoes OR cream. Add just a little wine to the cream sauce, or a little more to the tomato sauce to make it thinner. Let it simmer briefly. These sauces go well with spaghetti or tagliatelle. Just before serving, add some dill to the sauce. If you like, enjoy the pasta sprinkled with cheese.
