Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 250 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 100 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Beat butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar with a mixer until fluffy. Add the egg. Fold in the oats and flour. Drop a tablespoonful onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Keep a space between them, as they will spread. Preheat oven to 150°C (convection oven), baking time: approximately 25 minutes. The cookies should be nicely browned; if they’re still light in the center, they won’t taste as good.
