Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tsp rosemary, ground
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder, ground
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp chicken broth, granulated
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 12 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 8 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 8 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mustard sauce, perfect with pulled pork

Dissolve the chicken broth in 250 ml of water and bring to a boil. Mix with tomato paste, mustard, apple cider vinegar, and sugar, add the remaining spices, simmer briefly, and then serve warm. This sauce pairs perfectly with pulled pork and coleslaw.
