Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 250 g butter or margarine
- 250 g flour
- 1 cup eggnog (coffee cup)
- ½ pack of chocolate sprinkles
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- Fat for the mold
- e.g. powdered sugar or chocolate icing
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Beat the eggs, sugar, and butter or margarine until fluffy. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir in portions until a smooth batter forms. Add the eggnog and chocolate sprinkles. Stir everything together again. Pour the batter into a greased loaf or bundt pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (convection oven) for about 1 hour. After baking, sprinkle with powdered sugar or chocolate glaze, if desired.
