Chocolates à la Weilerbach Christmas Market. Makes about 30 pieces.

Prepare the batter according to the package instructions, but with 50 ml of Amaretto instead of the milk and without the chocolate flakes. Spread the batter onto a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at approx. 200°C (top/bottom heat, fan: approx. 180°C, gas mark 4) on the middle rack for 10-15 minutes. Then remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the cake cool completely. Remove the cake from the baking sheet and finely crumble it in a mixing bowl. Knead the batter with the 150 ml of Amaretto and the chocolate flakes until smooth. Form the mixture into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Melt the chocolate coating and coat the balls with the chocolate coating, allowing it to set. Keep well refrigerated!
