Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g tomatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 handful of basil
- 1 tbsp vegetable broth, instant
- 300 ml water
- n. B. Sauce thickener
- n. B. Cremefine
- some olive oil
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
with basil, prepared with just a few ingredients.
Finely chop the onions and basil and sauté in hot oil until translucent. Meanwhile, blanch the tomatoes, peel them, and then puree them. Add the pureed tomatoes to the onions. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add a pinch of sugar. Add 1 tablespoon of stock and 300 ml of water and bring to a boil. Stir in a little thickener, if desired. Finally, add a dash of Cremefine.
