Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g butter, soft
- 70 g brown cane sugar
- 50 g sugar, white
- 100 g quark
- 100 g flour
- 1 pack of pudding powder (bourbon vanilla pudding powder)
- 100 g chocolate (milk chocolate) 30% cocoa content
- 2 tbsp almond(s), chopped, OR:
- 2 tbsp brittle, hazelnut
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 9 minutes; Total time approx. 44 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with baking paper. Chop the chocolate and melt it over a pan of simmering water. Cream the butter with both sugars, pudding powder, and quark until fluffy. Sift the flour, fold in briefly, and mix everything into a smooth batter. Drop small heaps of the mixture onto the baking sheet with a spoon, leaving space between each heap, and bake for about 9 minutes. Once cooled, spread with melted chocolate and top with almonds or hazelnut brittle. Tip: This chocolate version (with chocolate pudding powder) is also delicious.
