Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g biscuits (butter biscuits)
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 60 g butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tube(s) condensed milk, sweetened, (Milkmaid)
  • 100 g chocolate (milk chocolate) 30% cocoa content
  • 2 tbsp brittle, for decoration
  • 2 tbsp almonds, chopped, for decoration
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Crush the biscuits and walnuts in a freezer bag with a rolling pin, place in a bowl, and mix with the cocoa powder. Melt the butter and pour it in. Add the condensed milk and knead everything by hand (it’s best to wear gloves). Pour in the milk until it reaches a firm, sticky consistency. Form into balls and place in the freezer for about 10 minutes. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and melt over a pan of water. Dip half of the chocolates in the chocolate, decorate with hazelnut brittle or almonds, sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar, and place in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
