Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g chocolate, dark
- 200 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g walnuts, ground
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- some powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
simple cake without flour, for a 26 cm springform pan
Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit). Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt it with the butter in a double boiler. Mix the remaining ingredients well. Stir in the chocolate butter. Pour into a greased springform pan. Bake for about 40 minutes. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar. If you don’t like walnuts, you can also use hazelnuts or almonds.
