Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter, soft
- 125 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 250 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 25 g cocoa powder
- 125 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 500 g layered cheese or low-fat quark
- ½ pack of pudding powder, vanilla flavor
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes
For the dough, cream the butter until fluffy. Gradually stir in the sugar, egg, and flour mixed with the baking powder and cocoa. Line the bottom of a springform pan with a little more than half of the dough, but don’t form a rim. For the filling, cream the butter until fluffy. Add the sugar, eggs, and vanilla sugar one at a time and beat well until fluffy. Then stir the drained quark (I always use layered cheese) into the mixture and finally stir in the vanilla pudding. Spread the mixture onto the chocolate base, then drop the remaining dough onto the filling (you want nice, large chocolate spots). Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 60-70 minutes.
