Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 600 ml orange juice
- 120 g honey
- 120 ml white wine vinegar
- 20 g salt
- 1 orange(s), peel
- 120 g mustard flour

approx. 500 g mustard
Reduce the orange juice in a saucepan over low heat by half. Add the honey, white wine vinegar, salt, and grated orange zest and bring to a boil briefly. Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool slightly. Then whisk in the mustard flour and pour the mustard into jars. This yields approximately 500 g of mustard.
