Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 mangoes
  • 100 g gelling sugar
  • 2 chili peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 stalk(s) lemongrass, cut into fine rings
  • 1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped, preferably fresh
  • Vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel, core, and dice the mangoes. Bring to a boil in a saucepan with the preserving sugar, finely chopped chilies, ginger, and finely sliced ​​lemongrass. Season to taste with vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour into hot, rinsed jars. Store in a dark place for about 6 months if not eaten before then.
