Mustard sauce for meat dishes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 onions
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 150 g cream
  • 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tbsp sauce thickener
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • oil
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Homemade, really delicious

Dice the onions and fry in hot oil. Deglaze with stock and cream. Stir in the mustard and bring to a boil briefly. Stir in the sauce thickener and bring to a boil again briefly. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar, and add chopped parsley.
