Healthy oatmeal cookies

Mix the sugar, eggs, margarine or sunflower oil with the vanilla extract. Then combine the flour with the baking powder, salt, and cinnamon and stir in. Finally, fold in the oats and chocolate chips (or hazelnut and coconut flakes, if desired). Use 1-2 spoons to form small mounds and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 12-15 minutes. The cookies may shrink slightly, so don’t place the mounds too close together. 1 cup holds about 0.2 liters for me. The sugar can be partially or completely replaced with sweetener.
