Habanero Honey Hot Chili Sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 Habaneros chili peppers
  • 10 chili peppers, variety of your choice
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 200 g tomato paste
  • 150 ml water
  • 150 ml apple cider vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Thermomix recipe

Remove the stems from the chilies. Add the chilies and garlic to the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 7, then scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl with a spatula. Add the honey, tomato paste, water, and apple cider vinegar. Cook the sauce on the VAROMA for about 30 minutes. Season to taste and adjust the consistency with water if necessary. Serve while hot.
