Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 280 g flour
  • 80 g sugar
  • 220 g butter
  • 100 g almond(s), (ground)
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, then let it cool slightly. Sift the flour and knead it with the sugar, almonds, and melted butter until a dough forms. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for one hour. Shape the dough into small croissants and bake at 160-170°C for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Mix the two types of sugar and carefully toss the croissants while they are still hot. Then let them cool completely on a wire rack.
