Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 250 g butter, soft
- 125 g powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pack of pudding powder, chocolate
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 40 g chocolate shavings
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Combine the flour, cocoa powder, and pudding powder. Add the remaining ingredients and knead everything into a smooth dough. Divide the dough into 4 pieces and shape each into a log. Wrap the logs in cling film and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Cut the logs into approximately ½ cm thick slices with a knife. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit) for 12-15 minutes. Tip: If you like, you can melt some more chocolate and sprinkle it over the cooled cookies.
