Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 jar tomato peppers, cut into strips
  • 1 jar of pickles
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 can mushrooms, sliced
  • Sauce powder for roasting sauce
  • e.g. ketchup
  • Vinegar or sugar
  • oil
  • n. B. water
  • possibly sauce thickener

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick to make and super tasty

Finely dice the onions and sauté in a little oil. Dice or slice the gherkins, as desired. Add the mushrooms, gherkins, and bell peppers to the onions and sauté briefly. Deglaze with water (depending on the amount of sauce) and stir in the sauce for the roast, then add the ketchup. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and vinegar (or sugar if the gherkins make it too acidic). For a more creamy consistency, stir in a little more sauce thickener if desired.
